The City of Paducah is highlighting its MyPaducah app and a fall giveaway in an announcement released Oct. 27, 2026, featuring a column by City Clerk and Director of Customer Experience Lindsay Parish.
The city said the app lets residents report concerns, request city services and receive phone notifications about events, road closures, utility notices, facility closures and program updates. Residents can subscribe to notices by submitting a service request or selecting “Subscribe to Notices” in the app, according to the announcement.
Residents who download the app and subscribe to notices from Oct. 1 through Nov. 30 will be entered for a chance to win one of three Paducah gift baskets, the city said. The app is free and available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The city said users can search “MyPaducah” in either store to download it. The app or online portal prompts users to select “New Request” to subscribe to notices; registration is required after submitting, and a photo is not necessary, according to the announcement.
MyPaducah accepts requests involving solid waste, code violations, streets, park maintenance, storm-drain pollution and general inquiries, the city said. The city cautioned that the app is not for emergencies and said to call 9-1-1 in an emergency. For app or portal assistance, residents can email the Customer Experience Department; the city lists its phone number as 270-444-8800.
